Good suggestions. I think that your opinion was highlighted by others 

as well. In any event, there is a consensus that the employer did the 

staff a great disservice and, needs to exercise dose management 

control for their work practices. The regulatory agencies should be 

contacted by the employee, who now can not practice their profession, 

and, the whistle blower act may need to be invoked, to mitigate any 

reprisals by the employer. In any event, the employee is still at a 

major disadvantage in all of this.
