I just checked a chart of prohibited Haz Mat labels in a  UPS truck. 

Yellow II and Yellow III are prohibited.  That means that White I is the

only radioactive material that they will carry.  That is, of course, if

you are registered with UPS as a hazmat shipper and pay the associated

fees.
