There is apparently a miscommunication regarding our website access.  

Not only do we intend to issue a user handbook, but we are in the 

process of upgrading the functionality of the site as well. As you 

will recall, our site was totally revamped and introduced (Press 

release provided earlier) during the Health Physics Society Meeting, 

July 7.
