Re: Nuclear power slides back onto the agenda
I wonder what proportion of the general public is aware that the visible cloud coming
from NPP cooling towers is steam or condensed water vapor. Such photos, so common in
articles such as that in USA Today, always look like smoke, foreboding, dirty, and
about as negative as one could get.
