Reuter-Stokes Pressurized Ion Chamber Experience

I'm interested in lhearing from those who use and maintain the Reuter-Stokes environmental pressurized ion chambers, of their experience with the manufacturer of this equipment. My interest is particularly in the calibration and repair of this equipment. I have a short survey that I would like to conduct if you would willing to participate.
