A message was received that appeared to come from your e-mail address. Because information in either the message or the subject line contained information that could be considered SPAM. The message was dropped.

The State of Nebraska is trying to reduce the amount of SPAM being sent to state employees. Occasionally, our SPAM-blocking methods will stop a legitimate message. If this is the case, and the line above says "Matching Subject:", please remove any words in the subject line that may match the pattern indicated and resend the memo.

If you did not send the original message, then a user is broadcasting SPAM using your e-mail address as the sender. This is called spoofing, and you should disregard this notification.

Please see http://www.ims.state.ne.us/ube for additional information.
