The info you want is on page 59 of ICRP-30. It gives the dose in Sv/hr 
per Bq/m^3 for exposures to various body organs in rooms of various 
sizes and in a semi-infinite cloud. The worst case is for the last of 
these, giving doses to various organs in the range 2 to7 x 10^-14
