If one wants to believe our intelligence, then one must take the 
various targets and methods of defending those targets into account. 
If there is intelligence that helicopters, or other "soft type 
aircraft" can be used to cause serious illness or death to a large 
population, then we must have plans. If those plans call for 
eliminating the potential threat, then so be it.

I'm now moving on from this thread. I'm convinced all parties have 
had ample time to provide their opinions.
