<opinion>
Spend your time writing a layman's booklet as to why a nuke plant
would not suffer reactor threatening damage from 'outside' attack
( Planes, Choppers, Bazookas...)
Although you may convince the layman that low levels of exposure are
basically harmless, they need to 'feel' that a plant under attack
WILL NOT be a source of High Level Exposure.
