Thanks, Part II

Well, it it figures. I ask a question a few hours before I get an 
answer in the Mail.

Yesterday, I recieved, as many of might have, the EPA's "A GUIDE FOR 
DETERMINING COMPLIANCE WITH CLEAN AIR ACT STANDARDS FOR RADIONUCLIDE 
EMISSIONS FROM NRC-LICENCED AND NON-DOE FEDERAL FACILITIES" Rev 2
(EPA 520/1-89-002)

On page 3-11, it says "See worksheets in EPA89 for instructions on 
how to estimate release rates."

So, now I'm off to find EPA89.
