 There is a program called COMPLY 
which is available from the EPA at
no charge that helps determine 
compliance. Manual comes with it,as 
well as other information. The EPA 
also has a BBS from which you can 
download the software and manual. I 
don,t have access to the phone 
number but wiil provide it if you 
are interested.
