1994 Big 10 "Region" RSO Conference
Milwaukee, WI --- August 1-3, 1994

Dear Colleague:

The University of Wisconsin - Milwaukee and the Medical College of 
Wisconsin are pleased to host the 1994 Big 10 Region RSO Conference on 
August 1-3, 1994.  Arrangements have been finalized for the meetings to 
be held at the Alumni Center on the Medical College of Wisconsin campus.  
We are making attempts to maintain the registration fee at $50.00 per 
person to cover the cost of facilities, meals and breaks.

We hope you will come to share in the exchange of outlooks and insights 
that is the purpose of these meetings.  Current "hot topics" of radiation 
protection, as they apply to your programs, are welcome subjects.  We 
have arranged "keynote" addresses by Paul Ziemer and William Hendee.  
Additionally, we have invited vendors to display the latest in equipment 
and supplies.

The input of veterans and newcomers to campus radiation safety is 
needed.  The strength of these gatherings is your interest in each 
other's efforts toward practical radiation protection.  Please let us 
know of topics you would like to see discussed and indicate whether you 
or our staff would be interested in presenting one or more.

Milwaukee---a great place on a great lake---offers a range of activities 
in the summer so feel free to make this a family time.  The 102nd Annual 
Wisconsin State Fair will begin August 4th providing everything from 
cream puffs to racing pigs, so it's sure to entertain.

We will be sending out registration packets by June 1, 1994 that will 
provide additional scheduling and accommodation information.  If you have 
any comments or questions do not hesitate to contact either of us.  

We will be sending out copies of this notice this week.  If you are 
interested and do not receive a copy please let us know so  you can be 
added to our mailing list.  If you are on the list and do not wish to be 
included please let us know that as well.
