Dear Dale:


Have you had a chance to review the pending Amendment to IL House Bill 298 which  
applies to radioactive waste storage and disposal.  It appears to me that this  
applies to NARM waste only, and would require a permit to store this material at  
the university even on a temporary basis.  Please advise.
