Excuse me for jumping in on a thread that I have only been casually 
following - AND in an area that I don't normally work in and haven't for a 
long time ...... but that never stopped me before.

Isn't the statistic of MDA and LLD depend on the confidence limit you choose 
to determine those factors at??

In which case wouldn't the statement of the confidence limit at which those 
are asserted be equivalent to an "error level" for those numbers?
