Thank you, heat load factor is not one with which I'm familiar either!
According to the note beneath this single table,
"In the previous table the heat load contribution from
beta-gamma activity is calculated by multiplying the curies of fission
products by 0.025 Btu/hr/Ci."
There are 2 footnotes for the calculation of 238Pu and 241Pu
calculations, but no other ident
