Rhode Island is an agreement state.  The university of Rhode Island is a
state University.  We submitted a "letter of intent" from the Vice
President for Business at the University,along with the items on the
checklist (which the state or the NRC will provide).

We also have  a research reactor which was originally voted by the General
Assembly.Therfore, we sent a letter saying that the "State of Rhode
island" would pick up the tab(hopefully the state will not go out of
business). For the reactor, we reduced our possession limits, so that we
did not have to submit a decommissioning funding plan.
