i am interested in your badging of ancillary personnel....

i'm sure you must have at least a few badges each year (if not each 
month) which record a "mysterious" reading of 10 to 20 mrem and i am 
wondering how you explain to the janitor or the plumber or the receiving 
clerk how they have "received" a radiation exposure and just what that 
exposure means???
