The University of California, Santa Cruz has an opening for a Radiation 
Safety Technician.  The starting salary for this position is $2076/month.

Summary of Duties:

Conduct operational aspects of radioactive waste management program
Monitor receipt/maintain records of radioactive materials on campus
Conduct leak testing of sealed sources, maintain testing/inventory records
Oversee campus' instrument calibration program
Perform laboratory inspections
Respond to radioactive and chemical spills
