A software from FDA

Hi Radsafers;

I read an article in the  last  issue  of  British
Journal of Radiology refered in its references  to
a software provided by FDA as follows:

PETERSON,L.E. and ROSENSTEIN,M.; Computer Program
for Tissue Doses in Diagnoistic Radiology.(Food
and Drug Administration, 1989)
*************************************************

Has anybody used this? is it a software? and if
it is, would it be possible to have it and how?
