Radiation Accident in Estonia

     Regarding the fatal accident in Estonia, has there been any further 
     information made available.  This information would be very helpful in 
     Radiation Training classes on "How Not To Work With Radioactive 
     Sources" and perfect examples why radiation surveys are so important 
     in all operations.
     
     Is there any details of the activity and intended use of the sealed
