An extra precaution to take: In additon to using the plastic wrap(Saran wrap to cover non removable items form the room, I also make the nursing staff use three sets of bed sheets and pillow cases, since the patient has a tendency to sweat,( and you know this will be hot!!!). This will eliminate the need to haul a mattress down and hold for 90 days.
