EPA and risk / EPA listserv addresses

i saw the same epa press release again today, elsewhere, and i was wrong: 
what was posted here was the complete text. to make up, here is how to 
subscribe to epa's many listserv's (mostly FR notices), plus other bbs. 
(i did somewhere see a p.r. language statement that mentioned the "r.a.'s 
by companies who are benefitting by the risk" requirement of the bill...). 
and i repeat, you shouldn't be knocking carol browner for opposing that.

ps: the ttn bbs is a great source of technical (models, reports) & 
regulatory info on air & radiation, and it's always pretty up to date.

darn, just saw this file doesn't have the listserver addresses'. the 
subscribe address is:

listserver@unixmail.rtpnc.epa.gov

note the final 'er' in listserver. issue a 'lists' command, or 'help' if 
that doesn't work (for a list of commands), to get the list of 
listservers there. they're done by subject, eg 'air', 'water', 'hazwaste'..
subscribe command can't be abbreviated: 'subscribe <listname> <your1stname>
<your lastname>'. (unsubscribe w/ 'signoff').
