No, the question is: Where the experiments were carried out
according to the appropriate medical ethics at the time of those
experiments?
If they met the standard of the day, it is NOT justified to whine and
second guess THESE experiments. However, it is certainly justifable
to review whether the standards of the time were acceptable.
However, it should be treated as any other medical experiment, not as
a "Hazardous Radiation Test"
