CFRs on the Internet

        I've been watching the thread development on CFR's and thought
        I'd let everybody know about another source.  A private company
        has put up a homepage (URL is http://www.counterpoint.com) but 
        they only allow limited access without a service fee.  What is
        nice is that they have all the CFR's, Federal Register, and CBD's
        along with many national and international standards.  They have
        full searchable text. Their homepage gives all the details.  None
        authorized users do have limited access (I believe you can always
        get the current FR).
