Two questions for interested health physicists

All,

How many believe that the States regulate "dielectric withstand voltage"
tests of alternating current high voltage power vacuum interupters or
medium voltage circuit breakers?  Does this type of application require
licensing or registration with the States? [Typical exposure rates: 0.5
to 15 mr/hr at 1 meter.]

What are the typical soil and water values for the following radioisotopes:

- strontium 90
- cesium 137
- tritium
- gross alpha
- gross beta
