So what does one do now interms of radiation protection response, say" stay
12cm (about 5 inches for you Americans..chuckle,chuckle..) away to be safe and
comply with the standard" or "this thing is exempt because studies show it can
not deposit enough energy to exceed the standard. The point I'm making is it's
an either/or situation. Don't measure stuff if the standard exempts it or else
someone will develop a false sense of INsecurity!
