Very informative. Thanks.  Makes a lot of difference.

Although, I would say that the "contractor vs gov't agency fear" wouldn't
stand up to much scrutiny if SC/Barnwell (contractor) were compared with DOE
(gov't) "stewardship" of wastes !?
