RE: CHP Name Tags

Please, everybody:  attach all those appellations to your name tags.  I'm 
looking forward to seeing them.

Perhaps the HPS could start selling medals to represent all these 
different combinations of letters.  Then we could all look like the 
dignitaries from a certain unnamed eastern European country.
