Re: Regulatory Training
Depends on what the training requirements are. In many instances
workers need an ongoing in-house training program which includes
classroom as well as hands-on-training. Training also includes
periodic refresher classes as well as competency evaluations. We have
in-house programs as well as sending workers to off-site training
seminars and specific symposiums. As I said, a lot depends on how you
address your training requirements procedurally.

I was curious about what kinds of needs there are for training which meets
regulatory needs. I am specifically interested in knowing how folks comply
with both state and federal regulations through training. Do most people
attend off site seminar type courses or is training even needed to keep up
with regulations? I am confused.
