RAMP Rumors

I talked with our current waste broker and was told that there are lots
of rumors that RAMP did all kinds of things like put shredded vials in
spaces of filled drums and they want a certification that what's listed
as in the drum is actually what's in the drum!.  Tough to do when it is
compacted solids!-<  I also heard the rumor from two sources that Wash-
ington State would scrutinize drums form RAMP, inspecting them all, care-
fully
