Heh.

Let's just say, for the sake of argument, that a small college sent a 5
gallon bucket of various isotopic sources (incl. radium) to Ramp.

If their wast got put into someone else's drum, it would be the someone
ele's goop, unless John Lucas (the ramp ceo -- may he burn forever) updated
drum manifests?

Bummer.

Any CERCLA wizeneds/wizards out there?
