Here is a wrinkle to think about... NARM is not regulated by the NRC, sooo... is NARM plus RCRA really mixed waste? Just a thought since NARM does not fall under the federal radwaste disposal regulation, it would be state dependent on whether or not it would be disposable as merely hazardous waste. Dale E.
