Mark,

The first thing to do is check your regulation.  Here in the states
processing waste must be licenced.

However if you can get Na-22 into solid form you are more than half way
home.  Solid is better than liquid and the less soluble the better.  Or you
might want to make cement with the solution for an instance.

Talk to a low level waste disposal company.

First check the regs.
