Health Physics Tech Position

I am currently looking to fill a Health Physics Technologist position for our
two hospitals in Lynchburg, Va. This individual's primary job will be
diagnostic x-ray tube surveys for State requirements for the two hospitals,
surveys of local doctor and dentist offices with x-ray tubes, surveys and NRC
requirements for the three nuclear medicine departments in the two hospitals,
and possible overlap in the radiation oncology department with brachytherapy.
This position could be filled by a person with a strong background in
diagnostic radiology (radiologic technologist, nuclear medicine tech, etc.)
or a health physics background (Bachelor or Master Degree). This person need
not be ABR, ABMP, or ABHP certified at this time. Salary will be based on
experience and at a level of a junior medical physicist. If you know of a
person that would be interested in this position please e-mail me at the
address below and not to the radsafe list.

Please e-mail to: JUS2SKI@AOL.COM (I know it does not sound like a
Medical Physicist address but it is).

Thank you.
