Sewage Sludge Radioactivity

     There have been several notes on Radsafe in the past few months 
     regarding radioactivity analyses in sewage and sewage sludge.  Are 
     there any documented reports specifically with gross beta and 
     gross alpha levels for sewage sludge?  The purpose for obtaining 
     the data is to use it as a "benchmark" when questions arise as to 
     the levels expected in ordinary sludge vice potentially 
     contaminated sludge, and compared to EPA's Maximum Contaminant 
     Levels for drinking water.
