2. Description of the List:
ARMR-L is sponsored by the Association of Radioactive Scrap Metal
Recyclers (ARMR). This list server is operated through the Computer
Center of the University of Tennessee. ARMR is a non-profit organization
established on January 31, 1995. Its primary goal is to assist and to
stimulate the movement of radioactive scrap metals (RSM) to final products.
The goal of the list is to encourage the exchange of information
and knowledge regarding beneficial reuse of radioactively contaminated
materials, particularly metals. ARMR welcomes individuals who are
interested in beneficial reuse of RSM to sign up to the list.
After you sign up, you may post information, respond to any comments posted,
and generate discussions. At any point in time, ARMR-L members may sign off
with no obligation.
