	Well, the first emission of electrons from a hot filament to a
	second electrode (called a plate) which was the basis of all
	electronics, and the foundation of X-ray generation was originally
	called the "Edison Effect."

	Edison discovered it, and saw no possible use for it, so who
	was "no genius?"
