Hotspot Code

Thank you to those who responded to my earlier query 
regarding the computer program Hotspot. It would appear that 
it is suitable for what I want to do.

My next question.  Is this program available from any 
sources other than RSIC?  Does anyone have an e-mail address 
for the author, S.G. Homann?
