Reg Guides On-Line


To everyone who contacted me about on-line versions of 
NRC RegGuides:  

  Chris Hoxie of the NRC says that "Reg Guides are not put 
on-line at this time." 

  I guess I'll have to do research the old fashioned way; now 
where's my library card?
