10 CFR 30.18 exempts persons from the requirements for a license for 
quantities that do not exceed those of 10 CFR 30.71, Schedule B.  The Cs-137 
value in Schedule B ks 10 uCi.  This should be treated with caution, however, 
since, if you have a NRC license, you are stil responsible for all material 
used in licensed activities.  This provision does not permit free release or 
unregulated disposal.

Can anyone assist me in finding the specific part of  10CFR which exempts
Cs-137 survey meter check sources ( below 1 or 10 uCi I believe)
