NRC Referee Lab

Dear Netters:
     Does anyone for sure were the NRC referee lab moved to?  It used to be at
INEL but I heard from a good source that it has moved to ORISE in Oak Ridge.
Also, does anyone have a name, telephone number, and email address for a
contact for this laboratory?  Thanks in advance for any help you can give.
