I-125 dose calc formulae?

Hey, all.

Anyone have I-125 dose calculation math they'd like to share?

I'm giving radsafety training to some students in a week or so, and was
hoping to include info about dose if they hauled off and swallowed a .1 uCi
slug of the radioimmunoassay solution.
