Re: 40 Ghz being released by FCC, health effects

40GigaHertz frequencies for general use,i.e. wireless computers,date 
transmission.
Any comments about it being  focussed and creating health risk, like 
cellular phone antennas by  above the ear.
Any great text book (bible) on non-ioninzing radiation.
