Re[2]: Interstate commerce -Reply

I was fortunate enough last year to go to HM-181/HM-126F Train the
Trainer. The term used constantly in that course is no longer
Interstate Commerce but Provided for Transportation in Commerce.

Maybe that will answer a few what ifs?

"Interstate Commerce " is a legal term of art. It has been construed
by courts in different contexts. For guidance in a specific context
check with your lawyer. (Most legal questions have no simple
answer, and the answer may not seem very logical either.)
