Re[2]: 40 Ghz being released by FCC, health effects

The RF MPE for 40 GHz (According to IEEE) is 10 milliwatts per square 
centimeter.  

You'll have to have some measuring equipment to detect this radiation 
unless you want to do calculations based on antenna output.
