RE: NRRPT Petition for Rule Making -Reply

I have seen some very well thought out opinions on this
subject.  It is a shame that they won't be a part of the docket
on the petition.  The people who subscribe to RADSAFE are
the best qualified to comment on a petition like this one.  I
hope that those of you that have taken the time to think
about this issue enough to generate a RADSAFE message
will take the time to officially comment.  Comments can be
