I WOULD ALSO BE INTERESTED IN THE ANSWERS TO THIS QUESTION.  MUCH OF
WHAT I HAVE HEARD AMOUNTS TO FOLKLORE AND I'D LIKE TO  HEAR ABOUT THE
CURRENT STATE OF THE ART.
