DOE Dose Reduction Guidelines

	I am currently working with a DOE funded research group looking at
robotics applications to reduce Collective Dose to Workers at the Pantex Plant.
In analyzing weather procedures should be auomated I am looking at a cost-
benefit comparison for various procedures. I am interested in learning weather 
the DOE has a set guidelines to determine how much they are willing to spend per
Person-Rem decrease in Total Collective Dose.
