     There are several contacts at Commonwealth Edison.  At LaSalle 
     station, Charlie Magistro is the RW shipping contact, Dave Daniels is 
     an HP familiar with RW activities.  If they cannot answer your 
     questions, they should be able to direct you to someone who can.  The
