John, I do not remember if I responded to this before. I am woefully
behind in email.  We have 200+ P.I.s on our broad scope plus a
teaching hospital.  About 350 labs and 1,000 research users.  I have
a staff of 7.5 of which three are professional slots although I have
for professionals employed.  Degrees are in nuclear chemistry, biology
with work towards a masters in HP, a PhD chemist, and a MS HP.

We out source as little as possible.  We are sending more and more 
instruments out for calibration and repair, but have stopped out sourcing
rad waste handling.  I believe you responded to my inquiry about
recharge.  Thanks.  Dale
